Cancellation Policy

School Hours School hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Students may arrive on campus as early as 7:30am, but they must be picked up no later than 3:30pm. Parents, you will have 3 Grace periods in which students can be picked up by 4:00pm without a late fee being applied to your account. After the three Grace periods has expired, a late fee of $25 per occurrence will be added to each account. Attendance Policy Students are expected to attend school everyday. However, we understand that things beyond our control do occur. Students will be granted ten excused absences days per school year and one unexcused absence day per nine weeks. If a student exceeds these absences, students may be administratively un-enrolled from the school. Meals Kids Connections of Florida, Inc. will provide students with two meals each day. A monthly meal plan will be provided to parents at the start of each month. Accommodations will be made for students with food allergies. Students are allowed to bring lunch at any time. Please coordinate this with your child's teacher. Transportation Transportation will be provided to students at an additional fee of $125 per month. If you will require transportation services, please specify pick up and drop off addresses on the application. A schedule of bus arrival time will be provided prior to the first day of school. If you have any changes to be made to pick up or drop off locations, please contact our transportation liaison. School Closure School will be closed for the following holidays: January 13, 2025 for MLK Day February 17 2025 for President's Day March 17-21, 2025 for Spring Break April 18, 2025 for Good Friday. Additionally, School may also close early or all together for incumbent weather or special events that occur. Uniforms Tuition does not include field trips or uniforms. Students are required to wear uniform. The Uniform Schedule is as follows: Mondays: Purple Polo Shirts Tuesdays: Black Polo Shirts Wednesdays: Professional Attire Thursdays: Gold Polo Shirts Fridays: School T-Shirts Students will be required to wear khaki, navy blue or black bottoms when wearing polo shirts. Students may wear jeans on Fridays or other occasions in which they wear school t-shirts. In addition, students will be required to wear closed toe shoes. Students will not be allowed to stay on campus if they are not dressed in uniforms unless given prior authorization.
